Requirements to sign-up for a subscription box
All subscribers are assigned a box number. We require the following to sign-up for a box:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
One Monthly Title or More on Pull List
Terms and Conditions
By signing up for a subscription box, you agree to purchase any and all titles on order with us.
Subscription boxes can be picked up in-store or set up for mail-order on a month basis. All titles in subscription box must be purchased on a monthly basis. If you are unable to purchase your items within this time frame, please contact us to set up payment for the product ordered to to have a shipment of your titles sent to you directly. All titles in your pull box that have not been purchased within this time frame will be placed back into stock and your box will be cancelled.
Please note that due to distributor or printer issues, some titles may be delayed or postponed and this is the sole error on the part of the distributor. If titles or product are received damaged, the product will not be dropped in subscription boxes and the titles will be sold as soon as we receive replacements.
Our staff are willing to make recommendations for new titles and add notes to your account if you wish to add or drop a title, but we highly suggest making any subscription edits on our website at gatewaycomicsandtoys.com/mysublist
If you wish to order more than three copies of a title or specific cover, please be aware that our order forms are first come, first serve. As such, bulk orders will be fulfilled out of the extra inventory on our comic racks.
A 10% discount applies to all new release titles for subscribers only. No discount applies to weekly order forms, but rewards points earned are eligible to be used.
Subscription pulls will be pulled at the next upcoming issue to allow for subscription box service updates.
